How far in advance should I book?

Advance purchase is required.  We suggest you book a tour at least 1 week in advance. For larger groups, we encourage you to book 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.

Tickets are non-refundable.  If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for no-shows.

Sure! We can reschedule your tour given at least 2 weeks in advance notice.

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance.  Vegetarian nut, seafood and egg allergies are accommodated.
